About Sujal Mahbubani
Sujal Mahbubani, Founder, Sujal’s Holistic Healing
Sujal’s work centers on guiding others toward balance, vitality, and a deeper sense of wellbeing. Each session with Sujal is thoughtfully tailored to the individual, blending practices that support the body, calm the mind, and restore inner harmony. Drawing from her extensive training in energy healing. Using methods such as EFT, Breathwork and Yoga, she integrates these disciplines to create practices that nurture healing on physical, emotional, and energetic levels.
Sujal discovered these modalities through her own journey of recovery and transformation after a traumatic injury in 2007. Through dedicated study and years of practice, she experienced firsthand the powerful role that energy healing and mindfulness can play in restoring strength and resilience. This personal experience continues to shape her compassionate and intuitive approach to teaching.
Working with Sujal creates space to release tension, reconnect with the body, and restore the natural flow of energy. Inspired by supporting her mother through cancer and experiencing the impact of FCOA, she blends modalities to cultivate healing, inner peace, and strength.
Sujal believes that each person holds an innate capacity for healing and growth. Through mindful practices, she invites her clients to reconnect with that inner wisdom and open themselves to a more balanced, vibrant way of living.
