If you're short on time but need a quick emotional reset, there are a couple of simple tapping techniques that are amazing! In this session, two rapid EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) methods were introduced—perfect for shifting energy quickly and clearing emotional clutter.

The first one is called the Rapid Image Release Technique. You simply think of a slightly annoying situation, capture a mental image of it, and describe that image in just a few words. Then, while tapping, repeat those words quickly like “empty truck” or “pile of gross dishes.” This fast-paced repetition helps your mind bypass overthinking and allows your energy system to settle. Just a couple of rounds of this quick tapping can make a noticeable difference in how you feel.

The second method is the Who-What-Where-When Technique, a memory-based approach. Think of a past event that still has emotional charge, like “kitchen fight” or “nasty couch.” Then rapidly tap while repeating those words. As your brain connects to that old experience, the emotional energy can release naturally. If a new memory or physical sensation comes up, simply switch focus and keep tapping.

Both techniques are fast, effective, and easy to do anywhere. You can even use them in private when something annoying pops up at work or home.

A little bit about EFT:

EFT stands for Emotional Freedom Techniques, and it is sometimes also called Meridian Tapping. It is a simple-to-learn, powerful technique where you tap on meridian points of the face and body while focusing on something that bothers you. This clears the energy system of the block, and often the troubling issue will no longer have an emotional charge.

Tapping the energy meridians sends a calming signal to the amygdala (the part of our brain responsible for our fight or flight response). EFT is a way of hacking into the limbic system, the non-verbal part of the brain that controls stress and fight or flight. This works to clear the "short-circuit" from your body's bio-energy system, thus restoring your mind and body's balance, which is essential for optimal health and the healing of physical disease. We will be repatterning our Abundance programs and coding.
