We all know how important physical hydration is for the functioning of our body - it is one of the most important elements of health! This energy circle is NOT about physical hydration though. Surprisingly, not only our physical bodies, but our mental and emotional bodies can also be “dehydrated”! In this Energy Circle, we take a look at what this means, and ask ourselves what we are each “thirsting for”. Just as we don’t function well without certain physical nutrients, life doesn’t seem to function well without emotional and mental nutrients as well.

The emotional body may thirst for love, connection, or security. As we fill the energy bodies with these very real frequencies, we feel more whole, natural, and fulfilled. It is similar to feeling a great thirst, and then experiencing the quenching of that thirst after you drink.

The mental body may be dehydrated from a lack of belief in one’s self, the goodness of life, or one’s capability to accomplish something. In this class, we cover many examples and you will learn how to tune it to see what you are thirsting for, and how to give yourself the very vibration and frequency you are desiring.
